Create a clean black-and-white hand-drawn portrait reference sketch of a young adult man, designed specifically as a Twitch profile picture. Show only the head, neck, and a small portion of the shoulders in a centered square composition. He has short natural afro-textured hair, a full neatly shaped beard, medium-dark skin, thick natural eyebrows, almond-shaped eyes, a straight medium-sized nose, and relaxed neutral lips. Keep his facial proportions natural and recognizable. Use confident clean line art with smooth, simple strokes and subtle line-weight variation, like a professional artist's traditional reference sketch. White background, no colors, no shading, no textures, no scenery, no text, no logo.
