I can't see my generated images

When you receive a black image, this means your request was automatically censored by Black Forest Labs (BFL), the original creators of Flux. For their Flux Pro 1.0 and 1.1 models, their content filtering system automatically returns black images when it detects potentially abusive content.

Since these models exclusively only available through their official API, we have no ability to bypass or modify their content filtering system. Because BFL charges us for all API calls regardless of the outcome, we must still deduct credits even when a black image is returned.

To avoid this issue, you can:

- Rephrase your prompt to avoid triggering the content filter
- Switch to a different uncensored model like Dev or Schnell that may better suit your needs

We understand this can be frustrating and appreciate your understanding of these technical limitations.

Why am I getting black images?

### Steps
Imagine starting with a picture full of TV static. Diffusion models clean up this messy image bit by bit, turning it into something that matches what you asked for. The number of "Inference Steps" (or just "Steps") is how many times it cleans up the image. More steps mean a cleaner picture, but it also takes longer.

Don't think of steps as making the picture "better" - it's more about adding details. Sometimes, too many steps can add stuff you don't want. Finding the sweet spot between speed and detail depends on your settings, but 25 steps is usually a good place to start.

### Guidance
The guidance scale is like a creativity control. It decides how closely the AI follows your description. Higher guidance means the AI sticks to your words like glue. Lower guidance gives the AI more freedom to get creative. A good middle ground is usually around 3 for Flux Pro.

### Seed
A seed is like a magic number that kicks off the whole image-making process. It's cool because it lets you make the exact same image again if you want. If you use the same seed and keep all other settings the same, you'll get the same picture. Change the seed, and you'll get something different.

Seeds are handy when you want to compare different settings. For example, you could use the same seed with two different prompts to see how they change the result.
Leave it empty for it to be randomized.

What are steps, guidance, seed?

Your image ownership rights differ based on your subscription status:

Paid subscribers: Yes, you retain full ownership, copyright, and other intellectual property rights of images that you generate. We may use your private images only to provide you with our services. Public images can be used by FluxPro.art and other users, only as enabled by a feature of the service.

Free tier users: FluxPro.art holds rights to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute any images you create. However, you're granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to access your creations for non-commercial use. Other users can also access your publicly available assets and use them only as enabled by a feature of the service.

Will I own the images I make?

For users with active paid subscriptions, all content (both public and private) is stored indefinitely on our servers. After subscription cancellation, private content enters a 30-day grace period before deletion, while public content remains stored indefinitely regardless of subscription status.

How long does FluxPro.art store my generated images?

The profile view currently has a display limit that only shows your most recent generations. While older images are safely stored on our servers, they may not be visible in the current interface. This is purely a display limitation and does not affect the storage of your images.

Why can't I see my older generated images in my profile?

No, your images are not lost. They are safely preserved on our servers even if they're not currently visible in the interface due to the display limit. For paid subscribers, all content remains stored regardless of visibility status.

Are my old images lost if I can't see them in my profile?

Yes, we are developing a dedicated history page that will provide full access to all your past generations. This upcoming feature will include enhanced flexibility to organize and view all your generations at a glance. While these features are on our development roadmap, we don't currently have a specific release date.

Will I be able to access my complete generation history in the future?

After cancelling your subscription, your private content (including prompts and images) will be retained for a 30-day grace period. After this period, all private content will be permanently deleted from our systems. Public content remains unaffected and will stay accessible according to their original sharing settings.

What happens to my private content after cancelling my subscription?

If you manually delete images from your account, they cannot be recovered. Similarly, private content automatically deleted after the 30-day grace period following subscription cancellation cannot be recovered. However, images that simply aren't visible due to the display limit are still stored and will be accessible when we release the full history feature.

Can I recover deleted images from my history?

Currently, there is two options:

1.  Reactivate your account by purchasing a paid plan within the 30-day grace period to maintain access to all your private content
2.  Download or save any important content before cancellation or during the grace period

How can I preserve my private content if I cancel my subscription?

Hidden images are those that aren't currently visible in your profile due to the display limit, but they remain safely stored on our servers. Deleted images, whether manually removed by you or automatically deleted after subscription cancellation (for private content), are permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

What's the difference between hidden and deleted images?

No, the display limit is purely a visual interface limitation. It only affects how many recent generations you can see at once in your profile view. All your generated images remain securely stored on our servers (subject to your subscription status for private content).

Does the display limit affect my image storage?

Will my public content ever be automatically deleted?

What happens to my content while my subscription is active?

When will the new history feature be available?

By default, your account is set to show only "safe" content, prompts that automatically marked as containing mild/mature/explicit elements will be automatically hidden from view. You can adjust these settings using the "Safety" button at any time to view more content within your comfort level.

### 2. Flagged for review
If you see "Our team will review your generation before it can show up in your profile," your prompt has been temporarily flagged by our automated safety system. This can happen when certain word combinations trigger our safety filters or when elements in the generated image are detected as potentially concerning, leading to the temporary removal of affected generations.

Our moderation team actively reviews flagged prompts and restores them if they were mistakenly flagged. There is no need to contact support, as we handle these reviews automatically.

We understand this can be frustrating, but our safety measures play a crucial role in preventing the misuse of AI image generation. Like other AI companies, we must maintain strict safeguards against the creation of harmful content, including:

-   Exploitation of minors
-   Non-consensual intimate imagery
-   Extreme violence
-   Other forms of abusive content

Our review process combines AI scanning with human moderation to ensure both speed and accuracy. While this may occasionally cause brief delays, it helps maintain a safe environment for our entire community. Why did my generations disappear or not show up in my history?

You might be wondering why we need to review images at all. Unfortunately, some people try to misuse AI image generation technology to create harmful and illegal content such as:

How your review system works?

Generation

Currently, we only support Google login as they require phone verification and making it tougher for people to create multiple accounts just to take advantage of free credits. It keeps our login process simple and removing the need for our users to remember yet another password.

Why do you only support Google login?

We do not expose your email address public to search engines. However, your account name and profile picture is public. You can simply change it on settings page at https://fluxpro.art/settings

Is my Google email address is shown publicly?

Yes, you're free to use VPN in paid plans. We utilize an external service to detect VPN usage as a measure to prevent abuse of our Free Tier credits.

Can use VPN in paid plans?

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. You will NOT be able to create a new account using the same email address. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except we may retain a limited set of data for longer where required or permitted by law. To delete your account

No. You cannot create a new account using the same email address. However, you can create a new account with a new email address. Since every email address is unique per account, we require a different email address for new accounts.

When you purchase a subscription, you are buying credits to generate images on FluxPro.art. Each subscription plan provides a different amount of credits per month.

- FLUX1.1 [pro]: 5 Credits
- FLUX.1 [pro]: 6 Credits

Please be aware that the free tier is subject to resource availability. During peak times, you may experience longer wait times or more frequent generation failures. We encourage users who require consistent, high-priority access to consider our paid plans.

How does billing works in FluxPro.art?

Any unused monthly credits can roll over for a maximum of 3 months once they are awarded. This allows you to accumulate and use your credits over time.

However, if you cancel your paid plan, any unused credits will be forfeited at the end of billing cycle. It's important to keep your plan active or use your accumulated credited before cancelling your subscription.

For example, let's say you subscribed to a paid plan on January 15th, your billing period ends on February 15th.
- If you **remain subscribed**, credits awarded on January 15th will expire on April 15th (3 months later).
- If you **cancel your subscription**, you'll have until February 15th to use your remaining credits, regardless of their original expiry date. After February 15th, all your remaining unused credits will be forfeited.

We actually offer one of the most flexible credit policies in the market - many similar services don't offer any rollover period at all. In fact, many services expire all unused credits at the end of each billing cycle, meaning you would lose any credits you don’t use in that month. FluxPro.art’s 3-month rollover period is designed to maintain fairness for all users and ensure sustainability for our business.  

To maximize value, we recommend using your allocated credits within each monthly billing cycle. You can always check your current credit balance and reset date on your account page.

What happens to unused monthly credits?

You get new monthly credits once your payment has been processed, exactly one month from your subscription date, not on a fixed calendar date. For instance, if you subscribed on the 15th of a month, new credits will awarded on the 15th of each subsequent month. Consequently, you can subscribe at any time without having to wait for the start of a new month.

When will I get new credits?

Yes, you have full control over your subscription and can cancel it at any time. Here's how:

1.  Log in to your account
2.  Click your profile icon (bottom left) > Billing
3.  Select "Cancel"

Note: After cancellation, service continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. You can reactivate anytime through your account.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

After cancelling your subscription, your private prompts will be retained for 1 month. After this 30-day period of account inactivity, all private prompts will be permanently deleted from our systems. 

To preserve your prompts, you have two options:
1. Reactivate your account by purchasing a paid plan within the 30-day grace period to maintain access to all your private prompts
2. Download or save any important prompts before cancellation or during the grace period

Note: Public prompts and other publicly shared content will remain accessible according to their original sharing settings.

What happens to my private prompts after cancellation?

By default, we **do not offer refunds** on subscriptions due to the high costs associated with Flux models. While our standard policy is strictly no-refunds, in rare _exceptional cases_, we may consider a full refund only for the most recent billing cycle if you have not used the service at all during that period.

When you sign up for our service, you agree to these terms, including waiving the right to refunds. However, we want to provide you with flexibility in managing your subscription:

1.  You can cancel your subscription at any time.
2.  Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
3.  No further charges will be made after cancellation.

We encourage you to take advantage of our free tier to evaluate our service before committing to a paid subscription. Do you offer refunds?

Pricing in this table excludes tax. Tax, if applicable, will be added at the point of payment. If we do not currently charge GST or VAT in your country or region, and in future need to begin charging this after meeting a local threshold, then this will be added to your recurring bill at that time.

Does the pricing include tax?

You could always choose to upgrade or downgrade to a more suitable plan for your needs. Upgrade will apply immediately and downgrade will apply once your billing cycle ends.

Can I change my plan later?

The most common reasons are automatic expiration after three months from the award date, or forfeiture when a subscription is canceled. Credits from a paid plan are valid for three months from the date they are awarded. If unused within that period, they expire and are removed from your account. Additionally, if your subscription is canceled, any remaining credits will still expire after the end of your billing period.
