anime-style, a small figure of a woman with short tousled brown hair blowing in the wind, wearing a loose pastel green jacket, standing in profile looking up, holding the strings of a massive cluster of textured watercolor balloons in red, teal, gold, pink and cream that dominate the upper half of the composition, vast turquoise sky with soft cloud formations at the horizon, wind gently tugging at her clothes and hair, dreamy nostalgic atmosphere, painterly watercolor texture, minimalist figure against an expansive sky, no text, perfect hands and fingers.
