How does billing works in FluxPro.art?
When you purchase a subscription, you are buying credits to generate images on FluxPro.art. Each subscription plan provides a different amount of credits per month.
The cost per generation are as below:
- FLUX.1 [schnell]: 1 Credit
- FLUX.1 [dev]: 3 Credits
- FLUX1.1 [pro]: 6 Credits
- FLUX.1 [pro]: 7 Credits
- FLUX1.1 [pro] ultra: 9 Credits
Please be aware that the free tier is subject to resource availability. During peak times, you may experience longer wait times or more frequent generation failures. We encourage users who require consistent, high-priority access to consider our paid plans.
What happens to unused monthly credits?
Any unused monthly credits can roll over for a maximum of 3 months once they are awarded. This allows you to accumulate and use your credits over time.
However, if you cancel your paid plan, any unused credits will be forfeited at the end of billing cycle. It's important to keep your plan active or use your accumulated credited before cancelling your subscription.
For example, let's say you subscribed to a paid plan on January 15th, your billing period ends on February 15th.
- If you remain subscribed, credits awarded on January 15th will expire on April 15th (3 months later).
- If you cancel your subscription, you'll have until February 15th to use your remaining credits, regardless of their original expiry date. After February 15th, all your remaining unused credits will be forfeited.
We actually offer one of the most flexible credit policies in the market - many similar services don't offer any rollover period at all. In fact, many services expire all unused credits at the end of each billing cycle, meaning you would lose any credits you don’t use in that month. FluxPro.art’s 3-month rollover period is designed to maintain fairness for all users and ensure sustainability for our business.
To maximize value, we recommend using your allocated credits within each monthly billing cycle. You can always check your current credit balance and reset date on your account page.
When will I get new credits?
You get new monthly credits once your payment has been processed, exactly one month from your subscription date, not on a fixed calendar date. For instance, if you subscribed on the 15th of a month, new credits will awarded on the 15th of each subsequent month. Consequently, you can subscribe at any time without having to wait for the start of a new month.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you have full control over your subscription and can cancel it at any time. Here's how:
- Log in to your account
- Click your profile icon (top right) > Account
- Select "Cancel"
Note: After cancellation, service continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. You can reactivate anytime through your account.
What happens to my private prompts after cancellation?
After cancelling your subscription, your private prompts will be retained for 1 month. After this 30-day period of account inactivity, all private prompts will be permanently deleted from our systems.
To preserve your prompts, you have two options:
- Reactivate your account by purchasing a paid plan within the 30-day grace period to maintain access to all your private prompts
- Download or save any important prompts before cancellation or during the grace period
Note: Public prompts and other publicly shared content will remain accessible according to their original sharing settings.
Do you offer refunds?
By default, we do not offer refunds on subscriptions due to the high costs associated with Flux models. While our standard policy is strictly no-refunds, in rare exceptional cases, we may consider a full refund only for the most recent billing cycle if you have not used the service at all during that period.
When you sign up for our service, you agree to these terms, including waiving the right to refunds. However, we want to provide you with flexibility in managing your subscription:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
